SHIPPING OF PRINTS & SMALL ITEMS

Atelier Towa ships all orders via UPS worldwide. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Once order is placed, it takes 2-5 business days to process the order. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order along with tracking information. 

SHIPPING OF FRAMED ORIGINAL ART

Original artworks will be packaged and shipped by our trusted art shipping partner. Art shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, fragility, and value of the specific pieces. We will contact you with an estimated shipping cost to the destination after the purchase of the art.  For special request for delivery, please contact us at hello@ateliertowa.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the package if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us photos of the damaged goods and details in the email at hello@ateliertowa.com.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as liquid sumi ink, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

RETURNS

All sales are final.

EXCHANGES

Get in touch with us at hello@ateliertowa.com if you would like to exchange the items you purchased, and let us know why you would like to exchange, and the desired item(s). You can follow the return process above to ship the item back to us. Once the return is accepted, we will follow up with the next steps. Please note that you will be responsible for all charges incurred as a result of exchange, such as shipping, duties, and taxes.
